High Voltage MOSFETs for Hard and Soft Switching Topologies

For hard and soft switching topologies, Vishay’s lineup of high voltage MOSFETs includes 600 V, 650 V, and 800 V devices in through-hole and PowerPAK® packages, including the PowerPAK 8 x 8, PowerPAK 8 x 8L, PowerPAK 8 x 8LR, and the PowerPAK 10 x 12.

The MOSFETs are offered in the E Series and the EF Series, which include a fast body diode, in addition to variations with smaller dies and better dynamic performance to meet a variety of requirements.
